2. Event Tickets

• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise
• All sales are final; refunds are only issued if an event is cancelled by Igloo Nation
• Igloo Nation reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone who violates event rules
• Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced

Igloo Nation reserves the right to eject any attendee for violating these rules without refund.

5. Photography & Recording

By attending an Igloo Nation event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes. Igloo Nation retains all rights to such content. Personal photography and video for non-commercial use is generally permitted unless otherwise stated at the event.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, images, text, and event branding — is the property of Igloo Nation and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Igloo Nation shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, theft, or loss incurred at any event or as a result of using this website. Attendance at events is at your own risk. We are not responsible for actions of third-party vendors, venues, or other attendees.

In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to weather, natural disaster, or government restrictions), Igloo Nation will communicate with ticket holders regarding refund or credit options. We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs incurred by attendees.
